One of the first signs of spring this year at our house was the bird's nest we found in the BBQ on our back patio.
We weren't planning on cooking out doors anytime soon so we let them hatch and grow up. It was pretty fun to observe the beginning of the life cycle right in our own back yard!
Signs of spring turned into signs of summer--like ward BBQ's.
We got to make homemade root beer to share.
The dry ice was VERY effective, like, all over the floor effective!
In spite of the mess and the floor that remained sticky no matter how much it was mopped, the root beer was a big hit. We should have had two more coolers full!
