Sunday night after choir practice we realized that Ken didn't have work on Monday. "We should have someone over tonight! But who could come on such short notice? And who haven't we seen in awhile?" We ended up in the delightful company of James and Christen Jensen, their two kids Macey (age 4) and Peter (age 2) and my brother Ammon. Just enough people to play our Pirates Cove board game. The kids had a great time, as well.

Hey we LOVE pirates cove! We are total board game geeks, and are always a little too excited when we find couples that are also board gamey. Have you played Settlers of Catan? That's a good one too.
I love that the boys are pushing the girl in the car. It's like they are pioneers on a trek. It made me laugh out loud.
